Soaring through the hyper-stream, Kattix watches as a multitude of colors and lights passed by. This is what it was like to see through the Instant Transmission. Most of the white lights were suns blurring by him, for the most part he was flying blind but something caught his attention. He dropped out of instant transmission and appear floating in a void of outer space, glancing down at a distant blue planet which was unknown to him as Earth. He sense many life forms down below and a lot of them seemed to be rivaling each other in power. It came curious to his mind who these people were and what kind of people they were as well.
But the one thing that stood out in his mind the most was the fact that they were so rich in power, most of them had to be fighters of some kind. He licked his lips in sheer anticipation of it all, quite eager to find someone to fight with. After coming to terms with himself about his true nature, he didn't really have qualms about picking a fight or even shedding some blood. His eyes stared in partial marvel of the planet. He had to be quite honest with himself, it was a very nice view, it was a shame that he planned to pick it apart. But in the meantime, this would be the perfect place to discover himself and harness the rest of his hidden potential. The only question left would be where to start.
His eyes scanned its spherical blue body and looked at the various shapes of land masses, then he smirked and nodded. "That one.", he said low and blinked out of physical existence as his body shifted into non-visible particles of light. With the use of Instant Transmission once more, he warped down toward the planet and appeared standing on the ground in a mere snap. He took a deep breath just for the hell of it, he had been roaming through space without breathing and although he didn't need to, it was still a pleasant thing to indulge on. He exhaled softly and closed his eyes, it was nicer than he had expected. Opening his eyes once more a full glance was given around to see where he would go now.
Training under the ocean would do good to pass the time, work outs in water is what he loved the most...after all, Icer's were second nature to water. Kattix bounded up into the air and with a burst of his trailing aura he flew toward the Atlantic, he continued to fly over the water until he was far out center enough to be away from civilization and dove down. He splashed deep into the ocean, driving further down, further down, until there was no light from the sun to make the ocean light up in blue radiance. No, this was dark to the point of black all around, even then he needed to go deeper.
The pressure increased by the second, the ocean seeming to hug his body tightly, it wasn't enough even still. It was a good thing he did not need to breathe, and that he had no air in his lungs otherwise he would have exploded from the sudden pressurization. He went down until he could barely move and stopped, he wasn't quite near the bottom yet but Kattix figured he would work on that later. Small exercises would be good for now, he would start with full body crunches. He took his time, it wasn't like he had to be anywhere anytime soon. Slowly he counted off each full motion in his head. "1, 2, 3......55, 56, 57.....145, 146, 147...998, 999, 1000.", and then he stopped to rest.
Kattix could feel a full body burn which was good, no pain no gain be believed. While his body set to rest he would exercise his tail by performing full length swishing motions up and down, not stopping until he reached 1,000. Once he had maxed out his tail he would exercise his mobility to increase his speed. The first few hundred motions were guided by actual physical swimming, the next hundred motions beyond that were by use of flight...moving around in wide circles. The pattern would be alternated back and forth until both action types were of 1,000 each then he would rest for a few hours.
During his period of rest, he could hear the sounds of other aquatic creatures swimming about in the darkness. Most of everything down there seemed much bigger than the creatures that dwelled closer to the surface of the water. Kattix was laid backwards in a float facing up, it was amazing how even looking up he could not see the sun which meant he was pretty far down. Kattix lifted his tail and pointed it out to his left, listening as he could hear something approaching. He focused for a moment and let a red beam rip from his index finger frying it. The moment the beam left his finger, the radiance lit the area up like a bright lamp and he caught a glimpse of thousands of sea creatures breaking away in fear.
He killed a very large and odd looking fish, swimming over to it Kattix grabbed it's slimy skin and ripped it open, feasting on it for nourishment. He ate just enough to get full and blasted the rest away to prevent from attracting anything dangerous...not that he couldn't handle it but he didn't need the hassle if he was going to be weak from training.
